Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about wholesale pallets, truckloads, Amazon returns, overstock, and how Bulk Pallet Supply USA works.
Liquidation pallets are bulk lots of returned, overstock, shelf-pull, or closeout merchandise from major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc. They are sold 'as-is' at a fraction of retail value. At Bulk Pallet Supply, we offer mixed pallets, customer returns, and shelf-pulls in various conditions to maximize resale profit.
We offer both. Many of our pallets come with a detailed manifest (list of categories or specific items). Mystery pallets are for budget buyers — but we focus on transparency. You can always request manifest details before purchasing on high-value lots.
Yes. We work directly with major retail chains, distribution centers, and liquidation marketplaces to bring you authentic overstock and customer returns. Many pallets come from big-box retailers and e-commerce giants.
Shelf pulls are items taken from retail shelves to make room for new inventory — usually discontinued or seasonal. Overstock is excess new inventory that didn't sell, still in original packaging. Both are great for resale.
Yes, we occasionally offer mystery pallets at deep discounts for adventurous resellers. But we always disclose the general category mix. Check our clearance section.
Amazon pallets usually consist of FBA returns and customer returns from Amazon warehouses. Overstock pallets are new surplus inventory from retailers. Truckloads are bulk quantities (26-40 pallets) that fill a full semi-trailer — best for large-scale resellers. We offer all three, plus customized loads.
We cover electronics, home goods, tools, toys, apparel, beauty, health & personal care, sports equipment, pet supplies, auto parts, office supplies, and much more. Visit our shop to see current category listings.
We are a wholesale liquidation supplier — we focus on pallet and truckload quantities. However, for some overstock items we may offer smaller mixed boxes, but the best value comes from full pallets.
We frequently have pallets from major retailers including Best Buy, Costco, Lowe's, and others. Inventory changes weekly. Check our shop for current assortments.
We can arrange smaller box lots for specific items upon request. But we specialize in pallet and truckload volume. Contact us for smaller wholesale needs.

Since pallets are sold as-is with a manifest disclosure, we don't refund for individual broken items. But we guarantee that the manifest is honest. For truckloads, we recommend buyers understand the risk/reward.
For most pallets, we provide a manifest that lists number of units, condition summary, and sometimes brand names. Premium pallets include detailed itemized manifests. Contact us for manifest samples.
Due to the nature of wholesale, all truckload sales are final. But we provide manifest details and photos so you know what to expect. We have a 99% satisfaction rate.
